Most plans will cover office visits, injections, or x-rays; usually a co-pay or a deductible will apply. Contact your insurance provider for further information.
Surgical procedures, whether outpatient or inpatient, are usually covered in full after a deductible or co-pay, depending upon your policy. Some plans cover Joint Fluid Replacement therapy (Synvisc, Supartz, Orthovisc) with certain restrictions. Contact your insurance provider for further information.
Also, we do provide some DME products in office (braces) as well as case-by-case discounts for self-pay patients. Please ask the office prior to services being rendered. |
