Raymond Chenault – Total Knee Replacement
If you are considering a knee replacement, Dr. Bryan is the best possible choice. Although I am now an attorney, I led a pretty active life chasing crooks as a police officer, hiking in national parks, running track, and playing soccer and softball. I had arthroscopic surgery on my right knee in 2002 and again in 2014. I could not walk without pain or my knee giving out. Having gone to another orthopedic surgeon several months earlier and still having issues, I asked my cardiologist at Methodist to recommend someone. Without hesitation he told me to see Bill Bryan.
Dr. Bryan and his assistant Lanie were both personable and extremely competent. They talk to you and answer all questions. Dr. Bryan confirmed osteoarthritis in my right knee with bone on bone instability. He performed a total knee replacement in February 2015. I must admit the rehab treatment was grueling but I was walking unassisted within weeks. I have walked the four-mile distance from the Eastex Park and Ride lot to my house in Fall Creek several times since the operation. I am also able to resume kayaking which is much easier since the replacement. I highly recommend Dr. Bryan.
